Privacy and Cookie Statement

Last updated: 18 October 2026

We keep this short and plain. We only collect what we need to answer you, send you the newsletter you asked for and run this website safely. We do not sell your data and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Bridgizz Com B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97989568. We work from Amsterdam, Casablanca, Paris and Jeddah. Bridgizz Com B.V. is the controller for the personal data described here.

Questions about your data? E-mail info@bridgizz.com.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form and e-mail

When you use the contact form or e-mail us, we receive your name, organisation, e-mail address, your phone number if you give it, the type of organisation, the topic and your message. We use these details only to answer your request and to follow up on it.

Legal basis: your consent, which you give with the checkbox, and our legitimate interest in answering questions about our services. The form sends your message to our mailbox; the website itself does not store it.

Newsletter

When you sign up for the newsletter, we store your e-mail address, the date of your request and your consent. We first send you a confirmation e-mail; you only join the list after you click the link in it. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.

Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by e-mailing us. We then remove your address from the list.

Booking a call

The button "Book a discovery call" takes you to our booking page at Calendly. If you book, Calendly processes your name, e-mail address, the time you choose and any answers you give, on our behalf, so we can hold the call. Calendly’s own privacy notice applies on that page. Calendly is based in the United States and transfers data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Website visits

Our hosting provider records technical data for each visit, such as your IP address, the page you request, the time and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the website and to protect it against abuse. To stop automated spam, the forms keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for ten minutes.

The typefaces on this website are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser then connects to Google, which receives your IP address. Google does not set cookies for this.

3. Cookies

This website does not place cookies. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Calendly and the Kingdom Entry website take you to those sites, where their own cookie and privacy rules apply.

4. Who receives your data

  • Hostinger, which hosts this website and sends the form e-mails, as our processor.
  • Our e-mail provider, where your messages arrive.
  • Calendly, if you book a call.
  • Google, for the typefaces, as described above.

We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it. Within Bridgizz, only the people who need your details to help you can see them.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Contact requests: up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together; then the legal retention periods for business records apply.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed sign-ups: 30 days.
  • Hashed IP addresses for spam protection: ten minutes.
  • Server logs: as long as our hosting provider needs them for security, usually a few weeks.

6. Your rights

You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. E-mail info@bridgizz.com; we answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Security

The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form data is sent encrypted, and the newsletter list is stored outside the public part of the web server.

8. Changes

We update this statement when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
